Life in this part of the city is increasingly hectic, with constant change and the frantic pace of life. No two days are the same which can be overwhelming.
Into this busyness we are creating a place to relax and recharge. We offer free activities and classes to help us slow down. These include yoga and meditation, The Happiness Course and Vauxhall Tide -- our community arts project. If you need to slow down, come and join one of our groups.
